After our leisurely day of sightseeing and harbour cruising, we decided more relaxation was in order. Monday’s seem to be a day where a lot of places are closed. After some searching the web, we found this sauna, only 20 minutes from the harbour. A tram and bus ride later, we arrived about a 1 minutes walk to the sauna. If it wasn’t for Eduardo seeing the small “Sauna” sign jutting out from the corner of the building, we would have walked right past it.
We headed to the side of the building and down some stairs. We paid our 12 Euro each and headed in. It was definitely not what I was expecting. There was a dinner table in the middle of the locker room. After getting undressed, we headed into the shower room then sauna. The actual sauna was much smaller than expected too. It looked like it could hold maybe 10 people. Not sure what you’d do if the places was at capacity (30 people). Anyway, the sauna was very hot and very relaxing. An excellent way to end the day!
Look at all those condiments,,,, What kinds of meals do they expect you guys to eat in there???
Sounds like a nice way to end day.. Thanks for the up dates . The pictures are amazing.
