After going over the menu, I decided on the ravioli. Eduardo had the chicken. First up was the appetizer, salmon. It was excellent. Inside the colored box was the butter, salt and pepper and salad dressing. Dessert was a choice of fruit, raspberry mousse, cheese plate or chocolate tart. I had the chocolate tart with fruit and Eduardo had the mousse. After dinner, they came around with a breakfast card. It had a few choices, which they would bring out just under 2 hours left in the flight. It was just like a hotel where you leave the card on the door.
